**10-Day Return Policy:**
At Crown Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or replacement within 10 days after receiving your item.
**Eligibility Criteria for Returns:**
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused.
- With tags still attached.
- In its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
**Damages and Issues:**
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
**Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and discount coupon code purchases.
**Refund Process:**
Once your return is accepted, we will notify you and provide a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
